The negotiation delegate attempted to remove the notion of a 12-hour position from Schedule D of the agreement. The Correctional Service Specific Specific Duty Allowance replaces the old Penological Allowance (PFA) and Open Supervision Allowance (OSA) application. The parties agree that only established agencies that are considered eligible and/or pfA at the signing of this collective agreement and/or receive AFA are all SCC staff in contact with inmates or offenders receiving the Prison Service Specific Customs Allowance (CSSDA), subject to the criteria set out below. 1.1.32 Severance pay and other benefits arising from other clauses of collective agreements are separate from those mentioned in this appendix and beyond.
